"I was able to check in a little early, and was given the most appropriate room. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is well-kept and quiet. It is very convenient walk to Spectrum Arena (I was there for a Charlotte Hornets game). I definitely plan to stay here again."

"I loved the beauty and the elegance of the Ballantyne. The staff, food and service were exceptional. The rooms are large and spacious with beautiful water and park views. The linens and towels were soft and embraceable. I highly recommend staying at The Ballantyne for a special event, or when you want to feel pampered. They had a Ginger Bread House contest and the families all did an amazing job. We left on Dec. 26 and a beautiful set-up for Christmas Tea. Next time, we’ll stay 4 nights to enjoy the Tea."

"Customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! One staff associate in particular, Stephanie, was able to accommodate our early check-in request which made traveling plans run smooth. The drinks at the bar exceeded our expectations! The location of the hotel was in close proximity to the Spectrum Center and restaurants we had on our list to visit. The hotel lobby was beautiful and our city view room was nice and clean. Would highly recommend this property. 5 star rating!!! "

"It was great!! Hotel Great, Valet for your car was great. It was great that the hotel was right next to the Spectrum Arena so we could walk to the NBA game. Breakfast was delicious both days. Very Happy!! "
