Great stay in Matsuyama
Everything was very clean and nice. There was a very good selection of Japanese breakfast items and great views from the eating area. The staff was very welcoming and there was one person that spoke good English to help with questions. The room was a little small, but very clean and comfortable. Hotel is located right in the center of the downtown area and a very short walk from the okaido shopping area. Easy access to lots of different food and shops.

Rooms feel a bit dated and stuffy
We were impressed when entering the hotel as the lobby was new and spacious. The rooms however are small and feel a bit dated. The bathroom had a smell. The windows cannot be opened hence it always feels a bit moist and stuffy in the room. The staff at the reception was excellent and very helpful. 5 stars for them!

大浴場もあり気持ちよく使わせていただきました。スタッフの方々も皆親切丁寧で満足しています。 ひとつだけ…こちらのホテルは13階にフロント、大浴場、レストラン、ランドリーがあります。チェックインの際全員大きな荷物を持って13階までエレベーターで上がり、チェックイン後に下階の客室へ移動する為、とにかくエレベーターが大混雑します。時間帯によってはあまりにエレベーターが来なくて焦ったり…待ち時間が全く読めませんでした。 大浴場、レストランもある為、13階はとにかく大混雑な印象しかないです。
