"Check in was very strange and not welcoming- the woman at the desk did not say anything to me other than to ask my name- no welcome not even a hello. She didn’t ask to see my ID or my credit card. "The property was in a good location, clean, reasonably priced with friendly staff. although our reservation was made well in advance the rooms were not ready when we checked in at around 5 PM. we left for dinner and upon our return at around 6:30 PM came back to fine all of our luggage already in our rooms so congrats on the recovery plan by the young man on the desk. i would certainly stay here again."

"Rooms are to far from the check in. Tv's are small and not smart tvs. Restaurants in the area are limited at best. Bluefield i am.afraid is stuck in a time warp and so is this hotel. I could smell the stinch of years of cigarette smoking in my room even though the hotel is smoke free."
