"Several things impressed us during our stay. At the top of the list was cleanliness, and I mean immaculate - kitchen, living rooms, baths and bedrooms. Obviously the management invested significant effort and it showed. The second was the excellent service and support from Veronika. We had a relatively long stay (3 weeks) that covered both the year-end holidays. Questions and the small problems were quickly addressed and resolved. The house is extremely well-equipped with cleaning supplies, washer/dryer and spares so that the visitors can manage pretty much everything. Snow and ice removal was prompt and thorough. Finally, a comfortable, home-style visit was clearly front and center in the interior design. The tidy kitchen has every imaginable cooking tool and first-rate appliances. The interior is modern, recently updated warm and well appointed with comforters, chairs, easy lighting and nice art that invited relaxation. The updated baths are stellar complements to the home. We immensely enjoyed Tenants Harbor. Though quiet for the winter, the people and fellow dog walkers were super friendly. The General Store is only a 5-min stroll and is open everyday from 5:00 am and has all the supplies you might need in a hurry. Rockland is only 20 min away and has an array of top shelf restaurants, museums, and shops. The guest house keeps an updated and completely referenced binder of what to do, where to shop and best area attractions. "

"Had an amazing stay at this charmer on the coast! Very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Spent many hours just watching the ducks and birds enjoying the treats that come and go as the tides change. Great jumping off point to enjoy the beautiful coast of Maine! The only drawback is that the road is incredibly close to the house and the traffic noise is impossible to drown out, especially when trying to sleep in the second bedroom. Not ideal, but we would definitely return! "

"This sweet cottage is located about 25 feet from high tide in Tenants Harbor, where you can watch the lobster boats heading out in the morning and coming back in the afternoon. Its location ensures privacy, with no houses on either side, on a quiet road not far from town. Veronika always responded to any questions quickly and was an excellent communicator. We loved our stay here and I can't recommend it highly enough."
