"Lovely place to stay. Food was ok. Room very spacious and beautifully decorated. Massage was absolutely beautiful. "We really looked forward to staying at the Zanzibar Queen given other reviews. It didnt disappoint. Fantastic location in beautifully kept grounds. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The pool area was clean and enticing. There was also boules, volleyball and badminton available to keep the body exercised. As well as table tennis and darts. The restaurant was superb. Ingredients and dishes were varied and akin to fine dining. Resort felt very private although effectively right on the beach....

It should not take an hour to get a glass of juice or wanting to request a meal from room service and being told that there is a buffet that night and finally get a plate of spaghetti 2 hours later.
