"It was an amazing stay at 3T Boutique Hotel. Super friendly staff. Room was clean. Excellent bedding. Breakfast was good. It’s near to city centre so you can visit historic places by walk. I was impressed with everything. If you are looking for a hotel in Ivrea just go for it."

"Absolutely excellent service considering the price. Staff couldnt do enough for you. So helpful and friendly. We only slept in a room, but pillows were so comfy! Reception staff was helpful and so customer service orientated. Breakfast was fab, simple but so nice. I can definitely recommend this place as it has everything you need for your stay. Do not be put off by the price and location. It is nice and clean and as mentioned before staff is brilliant"

"The hotel is family owned. You’ll soon find out that the front desk staff and the dining staff as well as back office are all related. The kids are very nice and hospitable and their English is great - certainly better than my Italian. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated but really no frills and on the small side. Room is a basic double bed with a desk built into the wall and a small fridge. And that’s all there is room for. Bathroom is regular sized. If you don’t expect to spend much time in the room except to sleep, this hotel is well worth it and you won’t be disappointed at all. It’s also very centrally located and walkable everywhere. "

"Our arrival time was after the reception closed - I had messaged them in advance and have to say the instructions that they left me were spot on - so very helpful and correct. Tbh we were only in the hotel for less than 10 hours but all was good for us on our road trip ! "

"We booked Castello Dal Pozzo as a special treat to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The whole estate is just stunning, and the team was so welcoming. They gave us a lovely upgrade for our anniversary and were so accommodating for my coeliac disease. The pool was incredible! As were the views and, of course, the wine room! We would recommend taking part in a wine tasting ♥️🍷 On our first night, we had dinner at the Dan Garden Lounge, which was so romantic. Then, on a separate night, I had the best gluten-free club sandwich I've ever had from The main bar/ restaurant! Even though we went at the end of the season and things were closing up, the team couldn't have been more helpful!"
