"The check-in process was smooth. Luca and Ilaria were very welcoming. I was impressed by their knowledge and helpfulness. The room was clean and well-maintained with a comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visting Italy."

"Good fairly new hotel very close to the airport. The only annoying bit was the limited free parking in front of the hotel which forced us to pay for parking our car just ten meters away. It would have been nice to get to know that upfront"

"The Hotel has a shuttle bus to go to Malpensa airport every half an hour. It is very convenient when you have to go to the airport very early in the morning. The room is big with two queen beds. It is quite far from the Milan center."

"The hotel is in a brilliant location for Stressa itself and for the boats to the Islands. The hotels interior is very Palatial, we expected it to be some what Palatial it was vastly more than we expected. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was lovely."

"Stefano at the front is the best! Thank you for being so kind and helpful during our stay!! The hotel has a restaurant or there’s local ones that offer shuttle to come pick you up and drop you off. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve seen in a long time with a large variety of items - pretty much any breakfast thing you can think of. I still think of the food! Also the shuttle service to the airport makes the hotel very convenient for Quick layovers or early departures. "

"Antonella and Stefano are superb hosts, very attentive without being intrusive. We loved Antonella's apricot tart and tiramisu - thank you! The apartment is on one floor of their beautiful, traditional stone building in the small village of Colma. "Great place lovely and clean just hardwork finding keys as they are at the apartment front door 3rd floor up and you need to go through a locked gate and locked foyer to get to apartment front door apart from front door shower not the best but basically a very good place lovely and clean apart"

"The hotel is family owned. You’ll soon find out that the front desk staff and the dining staff as well as back office are all related. The kids are very nice and hospitable and their English is great - certainly better than my Italian. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated but really no frills and on the small side. Room is a basic double bed with a desk built into the wall and a small fridge. And that’s all there is room for. Bathroom is regular sized. If you don’t expect to spend much time in the room except to sleep, this hotel is well worth it and you won’t be disappointed at all. It’s also very centrally located and walkable everywhere. "

"Neues stilvoll modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Sehr saubere und zweckdienlich eingerichtete Zimmer. Ruhig an guter Lage in der Nähe der Altstadt, günstiger gesicherter Parkplatz buchbar. "Our arrival time was after the reception closed - I had messaged them in advance and have to say the instructions that they left me were spot on - so very helpful and correct. Tbh we were only in the hotel for less than 10 hours but all was good for us on our road trip ! "
