"We stayed here to enjoy fly fishing & snorkeling and despite the windy conditions making it tough to cast, we were not disappointed. Our son caught the trifecta of saltwater fish (bone fish, permit & tarpon). You can wade & fish the ocean side or even cast from multiple docks along the seawall despite. We highly recommend booking with local fly fishing guides and getting out in boat onto the flats. The Villa was well appointed and decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. "This house was amazing for our needs. We had our family with grandparents. The bottom portion is a single bedroom and two bedrooms up top. These have separate entries so they give some independence to your trip. Being right on the water with so much privacy was incredible, but this comes at the price of a long golf cart ride to and from town. Expect at least a 30 minute ride from the airport and stop for supplies on your way there after you arrive. It’s further than you expect and you will...

"First time to Belize. It was my and my fathers birthday. Even though we had never made the trip to Ambergris Caye, the property managers did an amazing job making it incredibly smooth. Their response time to emails was so quick and very much appreciated. Overall the property was beautiful and had everyone we needed! "Nice property; however, the main room's furniture was heavy, uncomfortable and hard to get in and out of. Kind of far from the downtown. "

"With its own beach and an ideal setting on the west side of Caye Caulker, this large house was a great stay for a long weekend. There is easy access to the split the beach on the west side of the island and is quiet as supposed to the more developed areas in Belize.Caretakers Ron and Walter Were available in person or by phone every day during our stay and helped us immensely take care of our daily tasks and needs, including a visit to the doctor across the split. "This property was perfect for our group of 8. It was located on the south end of the island, which made it very quiet and peaceful. The pools were amazing at the end of the day to relax in and cool off. We rented golf carts and explored the island every day. It took about 30 minutes to get into downtown San Pedro from the house, which was just about perfect.The only downsides of the house were there was not a comfortable place to sit anywhere. Velento Rentals were very communicative and offered support to setup transport to/from water taxi and had recommendations re:local tour operators. "Raul, the property manager, is awesome. Happy to quickly respond to any concerns and very friendly. The property is beautiful; pool, bar, gazebo - all awesome. The living room is pretty hard to access (in the room on the roof, and you have to go through a bedroom to get to it), but otherwise, the property is great. Word to the wise: It's a block from the airport so I def recommend taking a flight to BZE (90, beautiful, quick) instead of the ferry (22 30 taxi 1.5 total hours transport time)....

"Good price point for having a pool. Close to the airport. Needs a bit of work/ upgrade in some areas. But I would stay again. Suite had almost everything needed. Communication was good. 8/10"

"We had a fantastic stay: The house is absolutely beautiful with incredible views of the ocean. We loved the quiet and secluded atmosphere including lots of wildlife right around the house. Our communication and support from the property manager was excellent. Google Maps turned out to be an unreliable way to navigate from the airport, but Heidi helped us out. You will likely want a golf cart or to rent bicycles if you're looking for more exercise"
