"This was our 2nd stay at the property. Everything was great. We had a few issues this time around. We were supposed to be in Turtle Cottage but due to a mix up, we ended up in Reef Cottage. Michael reached out and let us know before we arrived and since all 4 cottages are essentially the same, we were fine with the switch. Only 2 issues were the sink was rusty and in need of a scrubbing and the shower head was broken which Michael replaced immediately. Overall we love the cottage and location...

"The property was just as described. Michael the property manager was great and took care of all of our needs. Our group of 7 rented three of the four cottages and it fit us nicely. The pool in the center was perfect. We also met some new friends from Canada in the fourth cottage and they couldn’t have been greater!!! "Moody blue cottage was the perfect fit for us. If we come back to caye caulker, this is where we want to stay. Every thing about this property was great. Be sure to arrange snorkeling trip with Francis and wish we had known that we could arrange fishing with him before booking through a local company. He is very knowledgeable about the island and marine life."

"The cottage was cozy and quaint it had everything we needed. The property was quite and not very far from the action. Having Harley and Bruno made us feel extra safe. Mike and Lily were so accommodating and gracious. They really made an effort to help us enjoy our stay. Gave us great tips on good restaurants and guilds for excursions. Offered to arrange a taxi to take us to the ferry when it was time for us to leave. Arranged taxi transportation to the airport in Belize City. I would definitely...

"They have huge dogs that will jump on you and enter the property with mud and dirt on their feet. The owner fraudulently charged my credit card for damage we did not do. It’s criminal to take advantage of tourists in a foreign country. "

"Property is pretty south on the south side. Newer place, that was beautiful. No resturant on site currently. Bar in lobby. Couple issues we had; the bathroom doors are sliding barndoor style- 6 inches in width to short on eachside leaving gaps...ours would not stay shut constantly rolling open. I brought this to the reception and owners attention immediately. Day 4 it was addressed, but only stayed shut half the time. Quite an issue when traveling with someone other than family. "We (family of 4) stayed 4 nights at Bay Towers. We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful views. It was nice having a kitchen to use. The pool and dock were lovely! The AC was not working properly when we arrived, but the staff were prompt to have it repaired. The beds were comfortable! One thing to note: laundry is not included in the accommodation costs, nor is it available every day. We wish we would have known this ahead of time. But overall, Bay Towers was a great spot to stay! Thank you. "

"The Caye Hotel is in a great location on this island. It's right across from the water taxi, close to a large number of restaurants, and right off one of the main "roads". As of March 6th 2025, they are still working on adding elevators and a pool. It looks like they are nearing completion of the public rooftop area. Will be really nice once complete. The only issue we had was that the window style in the rooms (glass slats) do not seal out all noise, so you can hear the activity outside the hotel in the evenings. It did not bother us since we brought a white noise machine, but it is something worth noting."

"Treetops is the PERFECT place to slow down. Stressed? Rooftop hammocks. Need some peace and quiet? It’s in a quiet spot with a nice beach area. Need a pool? They’ve got it. Bikes on lend to get round the island as well. Perfect food recommendations as well. (The owners are Italian - no messing about in that department.) Staff is amazing and super responsive, especially on WhatsApp, and awesome with setting up excursions, taxi service to the ferry, etc. Bravo! Look no further and book this place. "

Great place to stay

"First and foremost, the staff are wonderful people. They were welcoming and accommodating. We had a unit on the water and enjoyed the view and easy access to the beach. The restaurants are good and the Happy Lobster around the corner is also good. They arranged our groups ground travel from and to the airport and that went perfect. We arrived by ferry and the scheduled shuttle ferry filled up with a large group before we had our luggage. They returned quickly for an unscheduled run to get all of us. The rooms are very clean and staff came daily to restock and clean. The north side of Caye Caulker is developing but easy to rent a golf cart to visit highlights like Bliss Beach or south side with many restaurants. Thank you, Blue Zen "

"Beautiful hotel and rooms. Loved the pool area and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. You can rent bikes and book excursions that leave from the dock in front of the hotel. Hotel is quick walk to all entertainment and restaurants. Would gladly stay here again"
