"We liked thatbit was kid based and kid friendly. Location was convenient to dining and shopping and the lancaster convention center for an event we had. The breakfast buffett was good on sunday. The only complaint i have was the waitress never checked on us and when we were ready to leave to pay she had disappeared and they had to track her down so we could be checked out for breakfast. But other than that an amazing experience and we will definitely be back when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy all the amenities with the outside pool and waterpad and slide."

"The reservation at this property was for a work retreat for ten members of our staff. The property was clean, serene, and beautiful. The premises were ideal for our meetings."

"The bed in room 3 was so comfortable i did not want to leave. The full service breakfast was deliscious with lots of choices including homemade breads and fresh fruit. Everyone was friendly and gave the best customer service! I will be back and very soon!"

"We just stayed at this property between Christmas and new years. There were 11 of us, adults and children. We were all comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. The house was very clean and spacious. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are large. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a small christmas tree in the living room on the end table. It was nice to have a festive vibe especially since we were having a small family Christmas celebration during our stay. The TV did not have cable. It's only streaming services. The location is good. It's very close to shopping including the Kettle Kitchen Village which is a shopping center with cute shops. A few notes and suggestions:Bedrooms: The beds are very firm so if you prefer a softer bed, be prepared. There are only 2 pillows on each bed. There are decorative pillows but actual sleeping pillows, there's only 2 and they are very soft. I would suggest adding 2 more pillows per bed so guests have the option to use more than 1 pillow. Bathrooms: there are NO shower amenities. It would have been nice if there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. I understand not wanting them taken but you can buy the dispensers that stick to the tile wall on Amazon. Also, the hand soap dispensers were barely filled. One of the bathrooms ran out of soap. I would suggest making sure the cleaning service fills up all the soap containers after every stay.Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this house!"

"We enjoyed our second visit at the guest house. Hannah responds promptly to text messages and is very accommodating. The guest house is comfortable and warm in the winter and the kitchen is well stocked. It's close to shopping and ice cream and the owners have a little store if there's something your forgot to bring. Would recommend!"
