Set in rural Lancaster County, and surrounded by fields and farmland you'll truly feel as though you've disconnected from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Take a walk around the expansive property, stop to watch the fish in the pond, or relax by the gazebo under the giant oak trees- whatever you choose you are bound to leave relaxed and refreshed.

The house is a magnificent 16 room mansion with luxurious finishings and amenities. You'll find gorgeous crystal chandeliers, beautiful refinished hardwood, several large sitting rooms, three original fireplaces, and plenty of kitchen and dining space. In addition to the three spacious suites and four large additional bedrooms there's an entire master wing/bedroom with a marble floor entertaining space, private sitting room, spacious bedroom and huge his and her bathrooms. Please note, absolutely no more than 18 guests are allowed on the property at any time. This is strictly enforced.

The really great thing is although it feels as if you've disconnected from daily life you're always just a short drive to all the best that Lancaster County has to offer. And should you decide to leave for a bit (we won't blame you at all if you don't) you'll find all kinds of great shopping, restaurants, and attractions nearby. You're less than 10 minutes from Rockvale and Tanger outlets, Dutch Wonderland, and endless restaurant options along Route 30. Fifteen minutes from Sight and Sound Theaters and only 20 minutes from downtown Lancaster where you'll find lots of really great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

Because it is a rural area, please be respectful to the neighborhood. We ask that there be no loud music, parties, or fireworks during your stay.

The property is expansive (60 acres) so there are stables and a small ranch home on the property that isn't for guest use. Please do not trespass in the stables at any time and respect the family living in the home's privacy (as I'm sure they will yours). However, everything pictured plus more is exclusively for your use during your stay.

FIRST FLOOR:
Kitchen with seating for eight at the table and 3 barstools.
Full bathroom off of the kitchen.

Bar room (TV with basic DishTV channels is located on pull out arm in the closet in this room).

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom is located off of this room with a small en suite sitting room (TV included), 2 queen beds, and an expansive his and hers en suite bathroom (2 walk in showers, 2 toilets, 2 vanities, walk in closets, bidet, and a soaking tub.

SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 2: Large King bedroom with sitting area, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom (shower and soaking tub).
Bedroom 3: King bedroom with en suite bathroom and large mirrored vanity area.
Bedroom 4: Queen bedroom with en suite bathroom.
