This home is in a country setting with a very quiet neighborhood and awesome views of farming land located in Lancaster County, PA, USA.
It has a huge, fenced-in, private, backyard including a gazebo. It has a nice sun room with lots of windows.
Sleeps up to eleven people in four bedrooms.
It has a fully stocked kitchen with plates, silverware, cookware and many other things you might need to enjoy your stay. It also has a small variety of condiments including coffee.
This home is located within minutes of many popular tourist attractions, shopping and grocery stores.

This was our second time staying here. We enjoy all the space, the 2 bathrooms and the number of beds. Very clean and great kitchen!! We enjoy everything about this home. Also, a great location.

Great home in the perfect location!!
The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Originally we had 2 couples planned but it ended up just my wife and I. The house is large enough to accommodate several couples or a large family. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and well appointed. The surprise whoopie pies were an added treat. If you have a larger group, we highly recommend this location. It is centrally located to all the area attractions yet the country setting is so relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay!!!

The home was very clean, comfortable, roomy and beautiful. We booked for only two nights, but wished we could stay for at least a week. From booking, communicating with the owner, through check-in and check-out, it was a truly easy and wonderful experience.

The property was wonderful, very spacious. Grandchildren enjoyed the game closet. Plenty of room for our group of 9. Everything was as described. We were close to all the events we wanted to do. Property manager brought us whoppie pies. Such a nice touch. Will book again

Perfect setting for a family gathering
The home was even better in person! The pictures did not do it justice. We were surprised by the size of the property. The bedrooms were all perfect and spacious. The dining room table was perfect for morning breakfast and late night board games. The living room was great to watch Christmas movies. We would love to return in the spring so that we can sit outside and enjoy the outdoor space as well. We also were treated to DELICIOUS whoopie pies!!! Everything was perfect!!!

Beautiful home
The Berry House offered plenty of room for 6 adults. There was plenty of hot water for all of us to take showers each morning without it getting cold. We loved seeing the horse and buggies pass by each day of our stay.The convenience of being a short drive to Sight & Sound Theater was the primary reason we picked this location. Would definitely return for future stays.

We absolutely loved staying at this home! So clean & comfortable. We met one of the owners and she was a delight! She even brought us a bowl of homemade Whoopie pies. We loved sitting on the front porch with our morning coffee. Highest of recommendations and would definitely stay there again!

The Berry House was the perfect size for a small, low key group getaway! Great bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely backyard, and lots of comfortable space to hang out. Hosts are very kind and hospitable.

Lovely retreat
My family and I have stayed here multiple times, the first floor is handicap accessible, the yard is large and fenced in for small children to play safely. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
