"We were an extended family - grandparents,parents, children and teenagers. We travelled by train and had no car. The house is spacious - plenty of room for all. Great kitchen and dining spaces. Superb shops for all needs, especially lots of organic and local farm produce. Wonderful wild swimming and energetic walks around Mt Lozere. Easy train travel to Nimes, Villefort and surrounding villages. Couldn't recommend highly enough."

"This old stone house is built up against a cliff in the Tarn River Gorge, a place of exceptional beauty. We stayed in early spring and enjoyed the fresh greenery, bird songs and the occasional fox sighting. It's very secluded yet convenient to town and exploring the area. "We zijn gebleven voor 1 nacht en daarbleef het bij algehele indruk slecht niet schoongemaakt veel spinnen webben en als we er vragen over hebben dan. Krijgen we als antwoordt dat dit bij frankrijk hoort.zwembad op de foto is niet daar aanwezig maar vijf minuten lopen en sterk vervuild. Veel zaken in de gite zijn kapot bij binnenkomst wordt er nog snel een lamp grplakt met contact lijm. Bij het verlaten van wc breekt de klink van de deur. Niet sporen van vorige huurders nog zichtbaar in de keuken...

"An amazing place to stay. Very peaceful, with beautiful grounds and, of course, the clear river and its many pools for bathing. The wooden terrace, where we ate all our evening meals, was like being in a giant treehouse. Our little grandson loved to watch all the trees.
