"Not good experience. I don‘t like to leave bad reviews but .... First night. I arrived after hours. They failed to leave to leave a key in the outside security box. Failed to answer the phone. Failed to call me back the next day after I had left a message. Spent the night sleeping in a chair in the recreation room till the morning when I was finally able to get into my room. "We stayed over the NYE holiday and didn’t expect to find something so affordable. The location was alright in terms of convenience but the area is a bit questionable. Either way, the reception desk staff were very kind and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. Not bad! "
