"I loved the amenities at this hotel. Beautiful secluded beach, awesome pool for my little ones (shallow area, lazy river), awesome poolside bar options and music. Breakfast options were plentiful! One specific house keeping employee was quite rude 2 separate early mornings when we were not ready for them so I removed one star on service but the other house keeper was very kind. Loved the restaurants, coffee options, drinks and ice cream!"

"They asked me my preferred location for my room. I chose a room with pool view. However, it was awful. People spoke and laughed loudly at the pool and I woke up several times. I asked the receptionist to tell them be quiet. But people were not fixed. New people came to pool and started talking again."
