"We stayed a total of three nights and the property was absolutely stunning. Our room was spacious and clean with a cute little terrace. The ceiling had a beautiful mural of cherubs above the bed. And the breakfast...WOW! All prepared in house with love, fruit pie, quiche, pastries, yogurt, muffins, bread with cold cuts. A feast! We highly recommend the Palazzo Salia. We were well received by Mauro and Dora."

"I booked the hotel as it was described as wheelchair accessible and I even emailed the property to confirm. They replied that it was indeed wheelchair accessible. When we arrived, I could not get past the bed in my wheelchair or enter the bathroom. The toilet had no hand rails and the shower has a step to enter it and also no handles or a shower seat. It was totally unsuitable for my needs and we had to find another hotel."

We were on the second floor and taking the bags up two flights of stairs was very easy. "This is a fantastic b&b on the outskirts of Lecce. It’s located in a very quiet area, but it is only a five minute drive into the centre of Lecce. We had a car, so it was really easy, but public transport options did look a bit limited. The hotel itself is lovely. It’s set in large gardens, with a swimming pool and ample secure parking.
