"My family enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property is very comfortable and spacious. The owner provides detailed information and is extremely responsive. We enjoyed the lake, parks, biking and wish we had another day to do more! The property is just a few blocks from lake community beach and downtown. A grocery store and bakery just a block away. There is no onsite parking. We were able to find street parking close by each day."

"10 old friends reunion. Blown away by the view! Great pool, though late September made the water refreshing. Great spaces inside and out for leisurely shared meals. (Did I mention the view? We all did a lot of cooking! Easy to walk down into town to the baker (croissants!) or little supermarket. (Or cafes) Hills around there great for walking , and lots of ware activities on the lake. "

Everything has been thought about here, from the very well stocked kitchen with every utensil you can think of, to the organisation of everything! The pool area is perfect for families and soaking up the sun. 3 or 4 restaurants are within easy walking distance and a bus stop at the bottom of the road takes you into Annecy within 30 mins. "Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property and yet again we couldn't have been happier. Situated in a great location on the lake, close to shops and restaurants but with a lovely private garden straight into the lake. Rooms are light, spacious and beautifully decorated. "The Grand Dame shows its age but the property is very well located among the highest homes on the hill side providing for excellent views of the mountains, lake, nearby castle and Annecy in the distance. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in aptly named Villa Zenitude. The villa is very tastefully decorated and also the kitchen is very complete with all sorts of appliances. Our most favorite part was sitting on the terrace (or inside when it rained) and just watch the activity on the lake in front of us and the lights at night. The location is perfect and there's lots of good restaurants nearby, catering to every budget. Mr Robberse is a very charming and helpful host and we really enjoyed meeting...

"Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."

"This property is in a perfect location for accessing all of le Vieux Annecy! The breakfast is good and offers assorted breads, cheeses, salami, eggs, dried fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, and cereal. The parking is a little tight, and I recommend reserving a place in advance if your stay. The staff are very kind and helpful. I will stay here again, for sure! "
