"Great location and ambience. It was well outfitted and well taken care of. A good hike up the 4 flights of stairs for some and the rooms were pretty hot until late in the night/early in the morning during our stay in August. Parking at arrival was challenging to find, but once we found the car park that offered passes about 1 1/2 blocks from the apartment, it was not too bad after that."

"The little apartment was just right for us. The very best part was the location. Perfect! In the heart of old town Annecy. With boulangeries and restaurants right outside the door. But not facing the street, so not noisy. We would stay again, if we ever return. Annecy is a charming town!"

"This is a return booking for this superbly equipped, comfortable apartment close to the newly developed gondola station and the centre of Saint Gervais, with great views across the town and mountains. Easy to walk to the bars, restaurants, bus stops and the TMB. The apartment owners are lovely too! All in all a great base for a fab holiday in the Mont Blanc region. We’ve been visiting the area for 20 years and will try and book this apartment again next time!"

"The location of the property is fantastic, it is only 100m from the entrance of the old town. Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. ( traffic wardens were around regularly) The supermarket is within walking distance. So the location is spot-on, however, the cleanliness of the property is poor, when we sat on the bed, other people's hair blew out from underneath and we found several long...

L'accès direct aux pistes, les services, les restaurants, les commerces à deux pas de l'appartement, 4 jours de plein soleil sur 7... c'était parfait. L'appartement était très propre, très fonctionnel, bien équipé et bien aménagé (mieux organisé que le même appartement de l'année précédente). "We've stayed in Les Arcs many times and this was the best apartment so far! The lounge was very spacious and the balcony is sunny in the afternoon as we sat and had a beer whilst watching the skiers return. We loved the décor too! Jean Marc was a great host who was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended!"

"Our four nights in Annecy were magical thanks to the location, quality and space of the apartment. Wonderful to just walk down the Rapunzel stone staircase to collect a couple of baguettes and fresh croissant at the bakery below. Absolutely charming. Anyone with mobility issues would find the stairs difficult . Other than that it was a magical place to stay with cafes and restaurants and ice cream galore on your doorstep. "This property is a great location, clean and quiet. The stove top in my room did not work and when I asked at the desk I was told someone would be up in a few minutes. They never arrived. It was not always easy to find staff to get more toilet paper etc so make sure you do t leave it till the last minute. I would stay again, it was clean and the location was great."
