"We arrived to a warm friendly reception. Our room was spacious and clean with t&c facilities, hairdryer and well equipped bathroom. Very comfy beds, plugs and charge points everywhere! Breakfast was relaxed despite the hotel being very busy. A server noticed my wife walks with a stick and was quick to offer her to bring her drinks and more. Bonus for us was having a carpark next door. Perfect for central Leicester. Many thanks"

"We have stayed here a few times and have always found the staff friendly and efficient. Cleanliness and bedrooms have always been very good. However, we were a little disappointed with the breakfast this visit as the food items were not very warm and the plates were cold. The taste was good, but would have been nicer had they been hotter. "Marriot centrally located near shopping centre. Easy to find coming off motorway. Good location and ample parking, charged per night for parking. Rooms are clean and have all the essential amenities. Thought there would be robes as this was advertised online. Great breakfast selection, cooked well and decent temperature. Overall an enjoyable stay, would return."
