"Despite being part-way through a huge refurb, our stay was super! The hotel is elegant and stylish with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and as it was my partner’s birthday, they left us a very welcome treat of chocs mini macarons as well as a complimentary glass of fizz. "This is the most amazing place my sister and I have stayed at and we travel quite a bit. We missed the check in time but they sent an email with instructions on how to get into the property. The rooms are so comfortable and tranquil, the shower and bathroom were magnificent and so clean, the breakfast was amazing, the staff were extremely polite and friendly. We will definetely book to stay here again when we are back in Bath. Amazing place 10/10 "
