"Arrive a little before 3.00pm , 2.15pm, no parking in front due to Construction activity. No access into building prior to 3.00pm -door locked and sign hanging on door saying "Gone to Pub" . Place was a building site and about 15miles from Ripon !!"

"Excellent find during our Penines walk. Staff were so obliging. Breakfast and evening meal were fabulous and very tasty Rooms lovely well decorated and clean. Nice garden good parking and quaint village setting Added bonus was being able to charge the car overnight "
