"We only stayed a Locanda La Rosa for one night. We used it as an overnight stay before flying home from Cagliari the following morning. The property is well located for visiting the Barumini nuraghes. Parking was on the street but wasn't a problem as Pauli Arberei is a very small rural village. The highlight of Locanda La Rosa is really the hosts themselves. Fabiano and Maria Rosa were such lovely people who really seemed to sincerely enjoy looking after us. "L'Abete is a lovely, quiet place. Manager Marco was superb, really a fine, nice person who make me feel welcome and who wanted to be as helpful as he could. I was without a car, and L'Abete is a quarter to a half mile away from the nearest good restaurants and sites. But it was a nice stay; and even better if you want some quiet rest time!"

"The property itself is beautiful in a historical area of Gesturi . Ignazio, the owner is very accommodating and helpful and friendly . Their family make a delicious bread from scratch for breakfast . They make wine , they make cheese, they provide fruits from their farm and more . For breakfast, it’s all organic food from their farm . "

"When someone says “feel at home”, this is what it should be. There wasn’t anything I lacked, and the hosts went out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable. Breakfast on a veranda with a view, the sounds of birds and sheep moving up into the hills in the morning, it was lovely. An excellent hidden gem, I plan to come back again for sure. Grazie!"

"On our 10 days trip on Sardinia,this was definitely the best stay. Giuseppe and his wife Jessica were the best hosts. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them. "Had a wonderful time at this beachfront property in Putzu Idu. Perfectly located—just a short walk to the main sandy beach, S'Architteddu, and only a short drive to S'Anea Scoada and Sa Mesa Longa. Quiet, yet close to the local conveniency store and a short walk (on the beach) to the best restaurant in the area. Mario and Francesco are great hosts, always ready to help."

"A very relaxing resort with beautiful grounds and friendly staff. It has great pools and a dedicated beach. It has a lot of free parking but on our, very late, arrival it took us a while to find a space due to some sort of event. It is only 5 minutes drive from a little town that has some great restaurants. We also enjoyed walking through the forest parallel to beach - shade and sea breezes."
