"So first of all finding this house was not easy. If you come by car finding a parking spot will not be easy and unloading is somewhat of a challenge bc there’s no place to stop and do so. The streets are super narrow where the house is so driving around trying to find it was very stressful. When we finally found it, it was easy to get in with the code and the instructions they sent included a pic of the keypad so this was helpful. There is NO ONE on the premises for questions. Hostalet can Pep (a B & B) is situated about forty minutes from the airport in the small traditional Mallorcan town of Alaro in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. "We booked the delux apartment with seaview and it was beautiful views. Had a bit of trouble with some ants appearing, and when it rained there was some water coming into the living area,but the cleaners and handyman fixed everything really quick. The jakuzzi was great too. The food was ok too. Really liked the childrens disco and entertainment after dinner. Overall we had a great few days. "

Exceeded expectations, highly recommend!

"This hotel was great from start to finish. A friendly member of staff greeted us upon arrival and helped us check in, offering us a welcome glass of prosecco. The room was clean and large with a balcony, and definitely worth the price difference to a sea view room. Our stay was in April so the weather peaked at 20-24° each day. There was an indoor pool and spa which was great for when it was too cold to swim in the outdoor pool. The hot tub was very big but could have been slightly warmer, along with the steam room and sauna. The outdoor pools are heated but are quite refreshing on the hot days I was able to go for a swim. I had multiple massages and a facial in the spa as well which was great value and all the staff in the spa were absolutely amazing! They clearly have extensive knowledge of the treatments and are all extremely friendly! The breakfast was wonderful as well with a range of fresh bakery items, hot meals, fruits; pretty much any breakfast food you could think of, they have. The concierge was also very friendly and helpful, assisting us in planning and booking some days out on our trip and recommended some great restaurants. The location of this hotel is also quite convenient as it had some grocery stores and local restaurants around, and was just a 15 minute taxi ride into Palma City. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations on every front, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lively but also relaxing environment."
