"I was worried at first when I booked as there was only 1 review, but this apartment is fabulous and I highly recommend it. Apartment Amazing apartment, it's modern, clean and new. Just like the pictures. Small hob, microwave oven with basics utensils, washing liquid, bin bags and cleaning cloth. They also provide tuppaware boxes. Large fridge and plenty of storage. Good walk in shower (but toilet and showers have glass doors with large gaps). Big comfy beds with a balcony. Aircon worked well....

"We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"Very nice property well located at the top of the hills around Port de Sóller. Quiet, great views, yet walkable to the beach (some elevation to cover though). Would certainly come back. Btw.: WiFi quality is great, for those that want to work during the stay. It has got a 250MB connection."

"When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing."

"A great, very bright and open flat on the top floor with beautiful views and a sunny terrace. Plenty of wonderful restaurants within a few steps of the building and a sandy Beach right out front. The local trolley runs by throughout the day, giving you a quick ride around the port or into the town of Soller. This was a great spot for my family of four and we would definitely return! The host were responsive and kind to any requests we had. The place was even nicer than in the photos."

"Had a great out of season stay in this lovely apartment. Very comfortable, the bed in particular is incredibly comfy, and well appointed. Lots of lovely white towels and nice linen. "We were very comfortable here for 9 days! The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The town is small, quiet, and charming, and its central location means that almost anywhere on the island can be reached in an hour or less. We especially loved the views from the two balconies and Francis's original paintings."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, an easy walk for the beach, lots of restaurants, cafe's, ice cream. View from the balcony is lovely. Our teenagers having their own room, and plenty of space to relax. A few things weren't working, Netflix/TV channels, and the beds were not very comfy, but the price represents good value. Host was very easy to communicate with. "

"We chose this property for the views and we weren’t at all disappointed. Stunning! We were prepared for the trek up to the apartment from the beach but only because we read this in a review. It really needs to be made clear in the description and that there are approx 220 steps to the apartment, as that would be completely unsuitable for some. For us, the view at the end made it all worthwhile."

In der Nebensaison gab es keine Probleme mit der Lautstärke von der rückseitigen Durchgangsstraße, die hinter dem Schlafzimmer verläuft. Einige Küchenutensilien wie Pfannen und Töpfe sollten erneuert werden. Ebenso der Couchtisch, der nur drei Rollen hatte und ein defekter Thekenstuhl.
