"Stunning hotel but this does reflect in the price. I do feel their should be improvements made to the swimming area as it should represent the quality and detail put into the rest of the hotel. Children were disappointed that their were no slides etc in the pool as it was boring. The beds were very comfortable especially as I have a back condition. Staff were lovely and very convenient location to access the parks."

It was really close to all transportation in and out of Paris, and directly beside a mall that had shopping and food options. Also close to many grocery stores to get your own snacks pretty much had everything you could need. Perfect stay!"

"We were really pleased with the location and proximity to Disneyland. The shuttle speed for taking and collecting was brilliant. The check in process was extremely frustrating. We arrived slightly early at 2;45pm and was told our room wasn’t ready but to come back at 3pm. We came back at 4pm to given the team enough time and were faced with a 35min wait for check in, only to be told the room wasn’t ready!!! We were altered to another room given I explained the above and had been standing in...
