Staff is very nice and helpful. 30 minute walk into Sorrento *I always walked down, which they got a neat walkway down the mountain,* but walking back up is another story, recommend the bus that says *Priora* for that. "Claiming to be a hotel, but really just a set of serviced rooms. No reception, so when we turned up a little later than expected, it took some time to locate the keys, as when we tried the telephone number on Hotels.com, it was out of service! When someone was on reception, the staff were very helpful. Location OK, just on the edge of Sorrento, so only a short walk to the centre of town. Rooms also OK, clean and tidy, but some of the fittings were broken (e.g. shower bracket)."
