"We enjoyed our stay and the massage treatments. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The staff is insufficient and overworked. There is no one around after 7pm. The hotel restaurant refuses to take credit cards or allow you to charge your bill to your room."

"We went for hiking and had some great hikes in Marienbad. The town tourist bureau has a brochure with several walks where you can follow in the footsteps of some of the great spa guests of the past. The hotel was right on the Forest Path which is a 15 minute walk to the fabulous spa area of town. our room, 202, was larger than most of the others and had a balcony overlooking the giant conifers of the forest.
