Die Zimmer wurden nicht gemacht - ein Bettlaken war gewaschen aber nicht sauber. 4. "We booked the apartment but ended up having to stay in a hotel room due to issues with the apartment. The hotel room is clean and roomy with lovely view of the city. However, the 2 single beds pushed together is uncomfortable for sleeping. We had to make 3 trips back and forth (they have a number of different buildings for rooms) as we booked for a double bed and all the rooms they gave us were single beds or 2 single beds pushed together. It seemed strange that the receptionist did not know...

"We always stay here and will continue to stay here. Great staff here and location is walkable to many places. Only recommendation is to change check out time to 1100 or 1200: currently it’s 1000 which is a bit early still. Overall a great place to stay "

"Comfortable beds - very good! However the spa facilities are not open to late and booked out a lot. The balcony only has one chair but overall the hotel was OK for a one night stay. I probably wouldn’t stay there longer than a night unless you only literally want to sleep there and not spend any other time there. "

"Super clean and comfortable place. Beautiful grounds. There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! The meals were delicious and glutenfree was provided. I recommend a stay here."
