"This property was very deceptive. The outside is a little rough around the edges with some shaggy landscaping and weathered exterior. That all went away when we opened the door to our room. The monster sized tv with all kinds of channels available, beautiful new flooring, and awesome night stands with outlets and hookups for devices and charging. There was a slight issue with chords not being plugged into outlets that needs to be addressed. The breakfast area was small but clean and well...

"It is close to the highway so you can definitely hear highway noise (though it is Marfa and not Houston) and there is also a railroad not too far away so a train came through 6am. It IS camping and there were dogs around that were barking so you could hear them. The facilities were great though! We stayed in teepees that were awesome! "

"We loved the yurt. It was perfectly appointed with everything we could possibly need to make the stay very enjoyable and pleasant. The bed was extremely comfortable, the AC worked great, and the place was quiet. We were close to everything we wanted to do in Alpine and will definitely try to book there on return trips to the Big Bend."

"Loved the house, one of the nicer vrbo houses we've stayed at. Lots of attention to detail in the upkeep and amenities.
