"It was our first time in the UP and the lodge was perfect. My wife and I loved, and spent most of every evening in the lounge area playing the pinball and dart games. If we ever make it up that way again, we will definitely be staying at the lodge. Even the couple that we came to visit didn’t know it was here and are getting there family members to stay there when they visit. "

"The property is very dated but but is a good representation of Northern Wisconsin. This used to be a bar restaurant so you have lots of space with big commercial kitchen and bar. Bedrooms are nice. Bathrooms are okay but we did have problems with septic system which took a few days to correct. Maintenance guy was great! Even took my call on his day off. "This cabin didn’t spare on any amenities. We had everything PLUS more. We had home cooked meals for our stay and planned to bring some cooking items, but there was no need with a fully stocked kitchen. There were plenty of towels for all of us, the extras like games and movie collection was a sweet surprise as well. The hosts responded quickly when I was having issues with the television. Such a cute place for our first impression of Lake Gogebic. We WILL be back! "
