"The frontdesk personnel were a bit preoccupied. We felt like some personal issue happened before we arrived. The room and bath are small but comfortable. I was surprised that there were no usb plugs in the room. We decided to go to the Heidout at the end of the street for dinner and back to the hotel bar for a nightcap. The drinks were good and reasonable but again, just didn’t feel welcomed. "

"The lodge is a wonderful place to get away to birch trees and smell off clean pine air. Our lake view was amazing. The leaves were just beginning to show the onset of fall with few hues of red and orange. We took many walks around the property enjoying the woods and lake. The resort was quiet but people hanging out at the beach or fisherman taking their boats early in the morning. The pool and spa were used a few times. It should open early. The kitchen and dining were stocked to meet our needs....

"The property is very dated but but is a good representation of Northern Wisconsin. This used to be a bar restaurant so you have lots of space with big commercial kitchen and bar. Bedrooms are nice. Bathrooms are okay but we did have problems with septic system which took a few days to correct. Maintenance guy was great! Even took my call on his day off. "We had a large group at the Everett lodge and we were blown away by the venue. The house is gorgeous, clean, and extremely spacious. We had access to a large dock, a nice beach and a fire pit area. The owner was very helpful and responsive the entire stay! Overall, we were extremely impressed and happy with our visit!"

"We stayed in the hotel room. It had a nice kitchen and bathroom. No dishwasher so you are responsible to sterilize all the eating and cooking utensils before you leave. The sofa was the only place to sit other than at a table. The sofa was broken down and very uncomfortable to sit in and get out of. The bed was king size with 3 pillows and ok to sleep on.
