The owners were very responsive and incredibly helpful with whatever we needed. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near Mount Mercy University and about 10 minutes from downtown!"

"The Cozy Cottage is darling and very comfortable! The white and black farmhouse style has lots of great natural light and is a joy to wake up to. The cottage is dog friendly, which is an huge plus. Outside there is a fire pit and the cutest little chickens. We would stay again!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was immaculate with comfortable beds. We were in Cedar Rapids for a wedding and found it easy to get to the center of the city. We were glad to find a rental with two bathrooms; it’s surprising how many CR rentals have only one bathroom for four people."

"Due to water leak we didn't stay at this house. Mark was able to find us another house to stay. He tried his BEST to make up for the unfortunate circumstance, but location was on a very busy road & there were people with very LOUD vehicles."
