"We just had the pleasure of staying at the Koser House over Thanksgiving. We couldn’t have had a better experience! Upon arrival Bryan called to let us know how to access the door code and to let us know he turned the lights and tv on for us. Once we got there he had a hand written note and candy waiting for us. The house itself is a dream, the location, the amenities, and the cleanliness of the house was perfect. We had a couple little ones so we had to rearrange a little of their furniture...

It was not very sanitary, there were multiple dog beds throughout the house, even though the listing said no pets, which made it hard for my partner who is extremely allergic to dogs. "In town for the Nebraska game. 4 adults/4kids had plenty of room and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great property, close to everything downtown. "Our family and my friend’s family stayed here. We have 4 sons ages 24-25. They loved the pool table and all of the TVs to connect to. We had people meet from four different towns with a total of 5 cars and there was plenty of room in the driveway to park. The older adults and slept upstairs and the younger ones downstairs which was a perfect set up. Great place to spend NYE. "
