"Overall the inn was nice but we are older and the 3 flights of steep stairs was brutal. They need to put a warning on that room. The place was clean and the man at the desk was nice . But boy the stairs alone would keep me from staying there again."

"We visited Sonoma in late December and stayed at Bungalows 313. This is hands down the best property I've ever stayed at. We were in the ground level 2 bedroom unit (called Terra). Unit included fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large screen tv, a gas fireplace and a pullout couch (we did not use it, since there were only 3 of us), a dining room and 2 bathrooms (one full bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub, the other one was a small half bath). Two private patios on both side...

"Exactly what I was looking for! I was visiting family over the holidays and needed a place to stay nearby. The Casita exceeded my expectations. Quiet, clean, easy check in, comfy bed, treats, toiletries and a great layout. Melodie is the most responsive host I’ve ever interacted with. I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit. "

"The room was good and is the resort. There was apparantly some issue sith parking that we were never given instructions for. The coffee maker is absolutely ridiculous! It must have cost about $5 20 years ago. The paper filters provided did not fit the machine snd the coffee provided was terrible. Considering the price of this rental I would have expected at least a Keurig. They only cost about $40 these days. "
