"Hi! This was a nice place, but I would not choose it again for a fun vacation getaway with family. It is a basement apartment, so there are no good outside views. It's dark, and the lighting isn't great. There was a patio there, but due to the intimacy of the location and posted rules, we did not feel comfortable hanging out there or inviting any of our relatives to stop by and visit. It was odd to be asked not to park in front of the property as all other parking was in front of the neighbors'...

"Staying here provided everything my partner and I needed for our weekend trip to Napa. We mostly just needed a home-base and didn't need any extra amenties and things but I wish we had tried out the pool! It was close to downtown and loved how close it was to our main winery we had planned, Del Dotto. I was able to run from this complex every morning. We also got breakfast at the Silverado Market which was convemient and had some great options for food and beverages. Overall, it was a great stay...

"The boat and accommodations were comfortable & lovely inside. We were in unit A which is the one in the back with a side deck. The bed is beyond comfortable. Not much space for suitcases as we were traveling across the country for a week but it all worked out. For us it rained the whole time. Poured and the wind…but the boat house was solid. The area is interesting. The house is located behind some industrial buildings. The parking is all based on the tides. We did not have any problems....

"The apartment was a perfect size for us. The beds were very comfortable and the garden/views were beautiful. It's right off the 101, so easy to access. Walkablity is 5/10, but very easy drive to coffee and restaurants. "
