"Isınma ile ilgili bir sorun yaşadık. Fakat çalışanlar her türlü yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Otelin konumu çok güzel, taş bir konak. Çalışanlar ilgili fakat kahvaltı zayıf. Valiz taşına konusunda merdivenlerden çıkarken Ömer yardımcı oldu. Ayrıca otelin müdürü her zaman bize yardımcı olmaya çalıştı."

"unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here."

"Nice hotel to stay in Mardin, the staff in hotel are so friendly and always ready to help with nice smile and the hotel is clean, special thanks for reception staff Kemal, Aziz, Ersin and Berivan and Ayman in lobby cafe and the security name Ramadhan helped me to get the bus to the airport and the house keeping staff, this all staff who make the hotel great to stay with high quality and comfortable, i'm really appreciate for all this people and all the staff in this hotel :)"

"It is a cozy hotel run by a family. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room condition was good and all the facilities ( TV/Air con/ hair dryer / bed) were very good. There was a spectacular roof top view we enjoyed the sun set very well. They served local traditional breakfast which we enjoyed very much. While it is in the middle of the hill and rental car access is not recommended, they provided special assistance when we drove there and left the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"It is a beautiful castle hotel is in the middle of the old town. Very comfortable with great breakfast You can walk around and it is safe. It is very difficult to get with Google, but that will happen with all hotels in Mardin ."
