"First of all, the room was not clean, the bed also wasn't clean. There was hair on the sheets and the pillow, which shows that they weren't washed for some time. The room didn't have any shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer and we had to ask for those. No shutters in the room and the curtains wouldn't close completely so you can have a complete darkness (or even partial) in the room. On the other hands the owners / management were very welcoming and helpful when we asked for the amenities."

"Le Chat aquí Dort was beautiful. We booked this for our last 2 nights before flying home after a long trip, and it was exactly what we needed. The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean, and had all amenities required. We booked the Iris room on the second floor, which happened to have a beautiful terrace attached to it, making the evenings and morning even more enjoyable. The hotel is across the street from the metro station (5€ for a 24 hour metro pass) making it super easy to get...

"It seems that the host has a special opinion about what "Lux" means. When we arrived at the place, it was quite cold and there was no guidance on how to turn on the heating and the thermostats on the radiators were covered with rubber, preventing us from adjusting the temperature. Additionally, there wasn't enough bedding for the three of us. Only one bed was prepared, and I had to personally go to the host owned hotel to complain and ask for extra bedding. "We had a lovely long weekend in Lille and were amazed at its beauty and outstanding architecture. The people we met were so friendly and helpful and nothing appeared too much problem for them a few even taking us to where we wanted to go, We will certainly return. The accomadation was extremely clean and well thought out providing everything that was needed for the weekend, it was also in a really good position in the old part of Lille and central to everything which was all in walking...
