On arrival I had to wait 45 mins, and 10 minutes outside of the property even when ringing the bell and calling the number provided. Once I got in (via someone else getting into the building) I had to wait for the staff to come back from break. There were no instructions of where this "relax room" was, once I found it I was a bit underwhelmed, there are some chairs and although they say there is free...
