"Room was very dated, the mattress was a cheap thin mattress and springs were noisy everytime you moved. The bathroom was again in need of repair. The whole toilet pan moved everytime you sat on it. "

"We had a lovely stay in this very special bnb . The rooms were well appointed with a super comfy bed and good linen. There was a well stocked tea tray with fresh milk and good quality biscuits. The shower room was close by and soley for our use. The host Alison was really lovely and knowledgable on the local area. The best bit was the peace and quiet and no light pollution. "This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth. The proprietor...
