"This unit is just outside the city centre and around the corner from a car park, so the location couldn’t have been better. It was well-equipped with all you need for a short stay. Things to keep in mind however, it was very very warm at night due to the heat wave and it being a top floor unit without air conditioning. We were able to make do, but if anyone in your group is particularly sensitive to heat, I might look elsewhere for a summertime accommodation. Also the switches were a bit tricky,...

"Booked and paid for 3 nights at last minute because of a family emergency at Addenbrokes hospital. Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. "

Slightly inconvenient that you have to call the management company 1 hour in advance ilof arriving so that they can send an agent with keys; I would have preferred an access code sent electronically. "I stay in Cambs often and like this hotel as the studio rooms allow me to be more flexible. The room is clean on arrival, with lovely linen and a comfy bed. That said I have noticed maintenance issues across several rooms with bathroom sinks that do not drain and heating (or lack there of) and appliances not working. "
