"Great location for those who like to walk."

"One parent and three teenagers in town for college tours. The location was “20” minutes via uber which was great. Everyone had room to decompress at the end of the day. Showers were great and beds were super comfortable. We will strongly consider staying there again for our next visit. "

"I enjoyed my trip to Boston in this VRBO. It's very easy to get ubers in and out of the city which is awesome. As a house cleaner, I just have a couple of observations that I think the host should take into consideration. The hand towel was messed up on the hanger (making it look used by other guests). There was lint (??) in the drain of the kitchen sink. And the fan in the living room 100% needs some attention. I am not a picky person but some people are so I wanted to point those out....

"We had a great stay in the Bayside Jewel. The owner was courteous, available and so helpful! The property is exactly as advertised, fully stocked, and so comfy for our group of 5 adults, one toddler and one infant. The location was convenient for our needs. The garage was a stellar asset and large enough to fit our Grand Wagonerr! We highly recommend this property, its owners and managers!!! Our only disappointment in our trip was the weather. "The Quiet Single Family House was the perfect place to stay for our group of a mom and 3 college-aged girls. We had plenty of space, the home was very clean and comfortable, and we were central to everything we wanted to do in the area. The neighborhood was peaceful and it wasn’t far to restaurants and grocery stores. "We were in town for a family gathering nearby, and Joanne’s home was the perfect resting spot for the four of us. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Joanne was an incredibly thoughtful, kind, and responsive host. "Clean, bright, new, comfortable, excellent space. Really appreciated the welcome package. The kitchen is very well stocked with spices and other perks. The book of instructions on the counter is clear and helpful. Nice area, easy walk to pizza and Dunkin. Appreciated the owner accommodating our Sunday time request Would highly recommend this place."

"My husband, sister, and brother in law and I stayed here for 3 nights and were very pleased. The house was cozy and in a peaceful neighborhood. We loved staying here however the water does take a while to heat up and the shower water pressure was very low. Minor details but overall recommended. "

"We all absolutely loved this home. It was the coziest place we have ever stayed. And the location and view were unbelievable, being right on the coast. We read the reviews ahead of time and knew it was an older home, which added to the charm for us. Would definitely stay here again."
