The only complaint would be the front desk staff were not helpful. Couldn’t answer some of our questions. The bell boys on the other hand were great. Gave us advice on taxis and other questions we had. They seem to know the area well."

The staff is really exceptional and knowledgeable on the animals, birds, area. The activities offered are varied with many options available. The meals were delicious with lots of variety.
