Not only were they able to assist in my commute to the airport and back, they were able to help me to items I needed, plan other upcoming trips and even store my luggage until my final stay before returning home. It is a hotel in another country so things aren’t always going to be exactly what you expect from a local hotel however I found it quite pleasant. "It was peaceful and quiet. The owner and son were very polite and friendly. But there were no stuff in this hotel room. (No coffee, tea, sugar, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.,) There were 2 cockroaches and perhaps more we didn’t find :( Food was okay but it wasn’t free. At least 1 way airport shuttle could’ve been provided but I had to pay for both. The rooms smelled dusty. Broadband was horribly slow."
