"Overall, it is a great place, but there are no heat vents upstairs which means it is quite cold unless you leave the upstairs doors open so that heat can come up the stairwell. I ended up getting a small space heater to warm up the bedroom I used. I am sure it would be fine in warmer months and I noted that there is a window AC unit in the bedroom closet so summer heat wouldn't be an issue. I would stay here again as it was otherwise perfect me."

"Our group of girls enjoyed our stay so much! The home is beautiful and clean. All the plants and decor are amazing. We had everything we needed! The sauna and cold plunge were THE BEST! We will definitely be staying here again! "

"This house was a fantastic find. We had figured it would be more space than our family of four would need, but as it turned out we loved having the space to spread out so comfortably, with lots of cozy nooks. The house was immaculate, well furnished with modern decor, and well equipped with everything we needed. And the location can’t be beat, walkable to fantastic shops and restaurants, parks and of course the lake. Highly recommend. "

"Great location, not far from anything. Quiet neighborhood, AMAZING beds, nice linens. Large dinning table for eating together and playing games. Spacious, light-fulled gathering area in the house. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Only downfall is that one bedroom had to go down To get to their bathroom. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks for a great time.a flight of stairs for their bathroom."

"Great Communication with host - Easy to enter. Two large TVs for entertainment. It could use some more chairs in the basement, and bedside tables on both sides of the bed. Tasteful furnishings and everything seemed brand new. Very safe neighborhood and our own driveway to park.I assume this is a newer listing on VRBO and the owners are going to stock up on extra pillows and blankets, sheets for the couch and washcloths for the cold Minnesota winters. Has a coffee maker and filters for hot...

"Great house and easy check in! There was lots of room to sit, chat, and have a nice girls weekend in the twin cities. Plenty of street parking. Only thing is that the faucets were difficult to turn off completely, both the kitchen and bathroom sink faucets leaked slightly. "

"The property was very pleasant and clean. The space was perfect for a group of five women. The location was nice and we were able to drive to Como Park Conservatory, and to a restaurant in the grand Avenue area quite easily. I think we would stay here again."

"We were so happy with the house, yard and location. The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer were in great condition. We loved the electric fireplace! The fenced back yard was perfect for our little dog. The communication with Samson was great! I would highly recommend staying there! "
