It was a lovely place to chill and relax.The bird life and the crickets & cicades provided an ambient background noise (a bit too much at times, but that is nature!)It was very hot on two afternoons here, and as the property is off grid, fans sufficed to keep us cool. An extra fan or two, and extension cord would have helped!Otherwise, the property is well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

Tucked away and private but showcasing the amazing views of the hinterland valley and close to mapleton/montville. Excellent communication with the host and the cottage had lots of essentials already available to us including some thoughtful features for our small children.We loved our escape. "
