Musty smell in the room. Room generally was tired and basic. No towel change during our 2 night stay and no replenishment of soap, coffee, etc. There were cobwebs on the rails of the wardrobe. 3 lagoon pools, but also daily charge for pool towels. Liked the shared free laundry with the other lakeside studio and the wildlife around the resort. Loved Noosa bit resort and room pricey for what it was

The staff were very lovely, helpful, and friendly. The room its self was mostly clean. The floor appeared to need a better sweep. I was told I got an upgrade but not sure what the upgrade was. The neighbors upstairs though were very loud. They appeared to be residents maybe. I’m not sure they’re use to people being under them if so. The room also vibrated. Sounds strange I know. I was awoken throughout the night due to a strong vibration when laying in bed. At first I thought I was going crazy, but the 2nd night it happened again. Waking me out a dead sleep. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. I also liked how there was dining options within walking distance.

Nice spot near the marina,. reasonable value.
Nice rooms, although you could hear movement in the apartment above, and the air-conditioning was very loud with the unit roaring outside the window. Room was clean, and had a good array of plates, glasses etc. Wish they didn't use individual toiletries, and would be good to have some direction or bin option to seperate rubbish. Studios didn't have an allocated car park so it was Russian roulette trying to get one near the room, this a key design flaw. Pool area was nice with lots of seating.
