"Extremely convenient place to stay. If you're a JR Pass User like me, This is hands down, the place to stay. It's literally in front of Nagano Station, what could be more convenient than that? There's especially so much to see around here that you definitely can make great use of your JR Pass while staying here. I also recommend the Katsu Restaurant in the 3rd floor of the station, it's to die for. Had a great time!"

"Great hotel moments from the main train station. Nice rooms not flashy but have everything you need. Particularly liked the ability to choose your own pillow. Japanese breakfast was yummy and the staff were very friendly. "

"A great location 15min walking distance to Jr Station. Very nice and clean. Plenty of drink bending machine, cup noodles and coin laundry downstairs. We skipped breakfast service and opted for outside instead. Thoroughly recommended. "

"Great resort but a bit older style and window is single pane so cold air still seeps thru the hobby and hallway area. Some of the ceiling and walls are cracking and stains. The resort has family friendly things to do like ping pong and arcade area. The hot spa was pretty good. Breakfast is a great experience. Overall, good experience. "
