"When we arrived, we were greeted with the housecleaner. We were told untruth of him being unaware of our arrival time. My husband asked his name and was able to show him that he in fact was on the text feed that clearly stated our arrival time. The house inside and out was disgracefully unkept, & dirty with cobwebs throughout the house, windows and screen were filthy as well as all outside furniture which was in such poor disrepair, as well the deck so bad they could not be used. "Reina (helpful and kind) met us at the property and walked us through the house, we called as we were arriving late and she even told us to stop because things closed at 9. Don’t let the square footage fool you there is tons of private space in basement. There are interesting books and the neighborhood is so cute! Beautiful area!!"

"This was the perfect place for our family. We were in town for a funeral. The front living room is so cozy. It has the coolest fire place. We had our cousins come over and play on the cool structure outside. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. We enjoyed our stay."

"The host was rude and would not pick up the phone . Did not even end up staying due to false advertising regarding the “house” which didn’t even turn out to be an entire apartment. Requested my money by and am still fighting to get my money back for a place that was not what I expected and did not even stay there"

"Heather and Allen have a lovely well-appointed historic colonial yet fully updated cottage! A perfect Providence getaway with furnishings exactly the way they should be just in place! This was a wonderful retreat for Brown’s family weekend in the fall. It was so great that our son even wanted to spend time with his parents!!! "

"The location w/in walking distance to Federal Hill, and close to an amazing restaurant Troop. We stayed with 3 families and it was great to have that much space to spread out. We would have hoped there was TVs in the place for the littles, and were unaware of this going into the location, which was a suprise. The driveway was too tight for anything other than a sudan, but there was ample street parking. Great place to put your stuff down and a comfortable place to sleep. "

"We recently got married at Colt State Park and had family coming in from multiple states. This house was perfect for the occasion! Spacious, clean and the check-in was super easy. Tyler and Stephanie were very helpful and local if we needed anything. The only reason we're giving 4 stars and something for future guests to keep in mind is that you have to go up/down a flight of stairs to get into the house, which got a little tricky with older family members. Other than that, we loved staying here...
