"After a week of road tripping in New England we stayed here at Drake's place as our final stop. Her quiet country surroundings were a perfect way to wind down the trip my mother and I were finishing. The accommodations have a real lived-in farmhouse charm with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and well supplied kitchen. Providence is a surprisingly short drive away. "Loved the neighborhood for walking with our dog and there were parks and walking trails nearby. Also, the backyard space added to the experience. It was securely fenced in which made it easy for relaxing outside with our pet.The house was very clean and comfortable. I would have liked a second television on the first floor so our guests could have had the option to watch downstairs. Barrrington and the surrounding towns offer activities,shopping and restaurants. Lovely area, we will go back."

"This cottage is so cute. There’s so much space and it’s extremely clean I thought the bottle of wine with flowers and a note left for us was a beautifully warm touch. Melba has thought of everything!! Her house is stocked with everything you can think of. The neighborhood is nice and quiet we will definitely try and stay again "

"This home was in a convenient location for trips to both beautiful Roger Williams Park and downtown Providence entertainment. The host was very gracious, providing extras like breakfast supplies. While the neighborhood was in the midst of replacement of water lines - concluding into the house- , good communication with the host made it possible to stay here without disruption. The home was very nicely furnished, and very comfortable for our grandson (age 4)."
