"This is a lovely villa in a lovely peaceful location, the pool was well maintained and the house was clean. There are however a number of negatives with this property; when we booked the property the pool was advertised as heated, it is not. There are air conditioning units in the sitting room and one in the master bedroom, neither of which work, we understand they have been "disabled". We were very uncomfortable at night even with the window open, there is a fan but it is noisy and it smells as...

"This property is at the end of an unmade road which means you will see almost no-one during your stay so it's very private. It's an easy 30 minute drive from Faro. Rui, the host, is very helpful and easy to talk to. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and we wanted for nothing."

Large villa with a great layout for us - rooms for my husband & our 2 children at one end of the property with rooms for the grandparents who came with us at the other end, would also really suit 2 families. "Nothing had been organised for our stay. Very unprofessional manager,Really bad damp and musty smell.Beds were wet, windows leaked during night. No coffee machine working, no wine glasses. Lamps in bedrooms crackled, fire hazard... the list goes on.. there is no entertaining space other than kitchen for 8 ppl thats crazy.."
